The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for directly supporting the insurance sales team. The role is critical to freeing up the sales reps time and helping to maximize revenue on projects. They communicate daily with customers, financial institutions, HOAs and sales managers. Contract and financial document review is equally as important, so this role does require someone who is both outgoing and detail oriented.

Communicating with restoration sales reps and other departments as needed regarding customer inquiriesUploading Documents invoices, notes, email correspondence etc. to all applicable systems dailyTimely submission of daily reports to AR ManagerMonitor delayed or missed payments by reviewing aging reports providedConsistently meets deadlines to include but not limited to weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.Adaptability to changes to systems, process, or procedures as they ariseHomeowner Communications, may include calls, emails
text messagesContract clarification and confirmation of receiving the contractProviding stellar customer service and asking for referrals, Google 5star reviewsReviewing supplement and communication steps with customersConfirming insurance supplement approval is receivedGenerate and send invoices to customersConfirming final payment received by the homeowner and scheduling the sales rep to pick upAbility to manage payment transactions in secure mannerResearch and resolution of account discrepanciesCompliance with all internal systems MarketSharp, Leap and Zoom, etc.Perform any other duties as required or assigned.
