Our Health & Benefits business helps our clients, in the design, implementation, financing, operation, and administration oversight of their employee benefit programs in local countries, across multiple countries or around the world. For global or regional appointments, we work closely with our colleagues in Global Services and Solutions.

As a for H&B, focussed on all countries outside of North America you will work with a team of H&B experts to provide proposal support to colleagues in over 80+ countries. You will be required to provide written and technical support for a variety of proposals.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop, maintain and enhance answers to typical proposal questions
Learn about the supplemental risk and health care benefits from non-North American countries and use this knowledge to support answering these questions
Project manage Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, including working with client teams around the world and central pricing teams
Provide written question response support as well as building of custom Microsites for use in responses
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and spoken), with other languages a bonus
Project management skills
A passion for writing and website development
Desire for continual learning and development
Ability to communicate results of analysis to senior stakeholders of varying technical capabilities
Background in writing and website development
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required
Background in benefits related field would be considered an asset
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is essential and, having a design background/proficiency in the Adobe creative suite would be ideal.
Sales experience desirable
