Join us as our **CS Training and Learning Specialist**.
In this role, you'll provide efficient training for our CS Representatives, and help manage the Printful customer experience.
- Effectively training CS teammates on various topics (e.g., new hire training and onboarding, refresher training)
- Maintaining a knowledgebase of all Printful processes and products
- Producing, updating, and delivering training documentation
- Overseeing new hire training assignments
- Performing CS and training efficiency reviews
- Informing teammates about CS and training process changes
- Consulting and supporting team leaders with specific training needs
- Following Customer Support trends and best practices to integrate valuable aspects into the training process
- Performing other tasks as assigned by CS Management
Pay: $7,000.00 - $7,500.00 per week
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Training (required)

- English and Spanish (required)
