Traffic & Compliance Manager

The primary duties of this position are to direct and manage logistics with overall responsibility for import and export products, national and International delivery, Trade Compliance will be assigned to implement policies and procedure through monitoring changes to laws, regulations and requirements with a view of understanding and advising potential impact. The candidate is responsible for maintaining logistics and compliance to achieve the function priorities, quality and budgeted cost saving.-
Establish monthly KPI (Key Production Indicators) and review regularly.
In charge of management of import-export operations and trade compliance departments.
Compliance with Mexican customs regulations including IMMEX and related software.
Lead and work as a team to implement a Freight Payment solution for the Make Site.
Identify and deliver cost reduction opportunities in local and international freight.
Support the team on trouble shooting and make decision when needed.
Implement QBR (Quality Board Review) process with forwarders and brokers.
Establish and document changes to policy and procedures, according to international standards.
Work with Planning, Finance, Purchasing on Monthly Freight Analysis.
Compliance with local and international laws and all formalities related to import – export of products.
