The company is seeking a Project Manager for Industrial Mexico which will provide project leadership for all aspects of project transfers and NPD’s, owns the overall planning, initiation, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing aspects of projects, and is accountable for project success. Will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities Effectively plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using principles, methods, and standard techniques that are appropriate to the specific project. Manage operational footprint consolidations and other projects across Americas On-time delivery of project synergies. Work closely with stakeholders and finance to develop, track and deliver on financial targets. Handle multiple projects at any given time, all with varying schedules, scopes of work, staffing levels and requirements. Develops requirements to determine scope, effort, schedule, time frame, funding requirements, staffing requirements, allotment of available resources to various phases of the projects, and metrics. Achieve product launches and transitions on time and quality as defined by the project plans. Solve problems and escalate for help as needed to achieve projects objectives. Maintain communication and alignment with all Project Stakeholders. Act as liaison for communication to corporate and business leadership teams. Duties & Responsibilities Directs production and inventory control, shipping and receiving, and materials storage. Directs production planning and scheduling based on sales forecasts. Maintains inventory levels to ensure deliveries occur within customer timelines. Maintains and ensures accuracy of the perpetual inventory system. Works with purchasing department to schedule delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment. Oversees shipping and receiving functions related to purchased parts and finished goods. Identifies opportunities to reduce transportation costs and charges. Manages and monitors storage of purchased parts and finished goods. Performs write-offs on damaged or obsolete inventory to reflect accurate value of inventory. Establishes procedures for conducting and valuing year-end physical inventory. Performs other related duties as assigned. Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in the Engineering Field 7+ years of experience with the following : Direct project management leadership including leading multiple projects simultaneously. Track Record of bringing products/projects from ideation to completion. Ability to work on and coordinate multiple, global projects. Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and work under pressure Analytical & detail orientedThink creatively to develop ideas and break through barriers. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Possess well-developed interpersonal, communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Understanding (or willingness to learn) of multinational manufacturing location company. Strong organization skills, time management, analytic aptitude and attention to detail. Fully Bilingual – English/Spanish is a must
