Technology Procurement Analyst

What you will do : This position provides essential support to the Technology Procurement Tower. Will support both inside the Communications Tower and to the wider Technology Procurement org. The position is closely aligned with the Global Technology Expense Management (TEM) program. The key focus of this role in FY24 will be to investigate the spend within the IT Communications tower and ensure it is correctly classified. How you will do it : o Work with LATAM IT & Procurement teams to support LATAM supplier classification work and assist with TEM expansion o Assist the Communications Category Manager to deep dive into LATAM telco spend to identify key stakeholders and cost savings opportunities. o Work within ERP (Finance) systems to retrieve billing information / invoice copies. o Update the WAVE system to show savings related to LATAM initiatives o Support US & Canada telecom payment process by identifying missed payments o Track and reduce late fees on North America telecom billing o Run the weekly Managed Pay telco invoice payment process o Update TEM system inventory especially circuits located at customer premises o Support the removal of services related to divested entities in the Americas o Support requests for reports across the Technology Procurement Tower o Support the monthly distribution of emails informing employees of their mobility costs o Provide distribution data to allow the cross charging of telecom costs What we look for : Required · Must be a fluent English speaker. Preferred: 1 year experience of working with Telecommunications billing or Finance (either mobile or fixed) · Degree in Business, Finance, or IT. · · Ability to work as part of a remote team · High level of Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel · Excellent communication and personal skills · High level of attention to detail Ability to organize your own day and ensure essential tasks are completed on time Preferred · Demonstrates initiative, is conscientious, detail oriented and provides complete follow-through on areas of responsibility · Positive attitude and a strong team player · Excel / data analytic skills
