The role involves handling incidents and service requests from customers/end:user by following the standard methods and procedures of the unit.

What will your job look like? 13;
:Responsible for providing best in:class technical support to a global customer base. Maintains ownership for the operation and monitoring of Amdocs System, including debugging, simulations, location bugs, tool and script development for problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and reproduction.
:Operation analysts are responsible for providing resolution to issues within the parameter of contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA and acute;s)
:Assumes ownership and accountability of support for specific modules within an application.
:Servers as an expert of specific module or applications and deal with complex assignments.
:You will be part of worlds leading telecom billing operations team
:You will support telecom billing and batch processes as per guidelines with minimal help within the SLA parameters
:You will proactively take actions to improve customer experience, reduce risk, achieve savings with approval from team lead/manager
:You will ensure all required information is documented and kept up:to:date, accurate in case any new processes and procedures are established
:You will be working as per guidelines and shift schedules defined by team lead and in collaboration with other team members.

All you need is... 13;
:2 : 3 years of experience in same or similar role
:3 yr experience in SQL
:3 yr experience in Unix
:Experience using office software such as Excel, Power Point
:Role requires excellent level of English : reading and writing and excellent organizational skills
:Previous experience in global company (hi tech company : an advantage)
:Experience in Unix scripting an advantage
