A successful candidate for this position should be able to multitask in a fast-paced and growing environment and must be technical and customer oriented with experience supporting customers or partners by remote access.
Professional experience/skills to be successful:
2 years of experience supporting customers or partners in technical support.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills plus a proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively as native speaker with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Work Environment:
- Ability to communicate and work well with others
- Ability to work well individually
- Must be able to participate in the standard shift model
- Limited on-call and off shift support
- Must be able to work on site
