Position Summary:

As A CH&T Sales Team LEADER He have 3 Sales Engineer in his Team and also the Team Leader handle some accounts/System Integrator directly in order to GROW and Develop the Business.
This position is very crucial because the TL need to Keep and Develop his People as a leaders, in his soft skills, business skills, technical skills and collaborate in his career in Rockwell Automation.

The Focus of the Team Leader and his team are the next activities:
Work very close with the Distributor in order to GROW the SALES in the APR's and Maturity of the Channel
Work very close and Focus with the System Integrators in the Region (RcSI+SP+SI) in order to GROW the SALES in RA and Complementary Lines of Distributor and of course, the Technical Skills of these Channels.
Work very hard with the Balance Accounts in order to GROW the SALES and CREATE and DEVELOP the Relation with these Customers.
As a SALES PEOPLE We need to have a lot of skills... Technical and Comercial, but the principal skills must be a LEADERSHIP, NETWORKING, SALES ORIENTED and of course Empathy and Ethic with the Partners and Customers.

This position is responsible of Chihuahua, Sonora, Sinaloa, Baja California Norte & Sur.Minimum Qualifications
