We are building new teams in new locations and looking to add a Sourcer on our Talent Acquisition (TA) Team – lots of opportunity for growth here at Nielsen in case you were wondering!
The Sourcer will work with the Talent Acquisition team and be responsible for the ‘front end’ of the recruiting process (finding, filtering, qualifying, and presenting candidates) to build a talent pipeline for a variety of positions . The Sourcer will develop creative and aggressive sourcing techniques to target a diverse candidate pool. A broad degree of creativity and execution is expected.
Be an ambassador for Nielsen engaging and attracting top talent to the organization.
Partner with Sourcing Manager to determine organization’s hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
Consult with managers, business leaders, and TA team to provide industry and market insight and determine sourcing strategy.
Utilize creative means and best practices to research, source, attract, and contact potential candidates to develop a diverse slate of qualified candidates.
Proactively conduct research and investigate new tools and technologies to find "passive" candidates.
Build and maintain a pipeline of talent to fuel the hiring needs of the organization.
Work with team members to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that creates an effective search process.
Demonstrate successful lead generation of candidates throughout the different stages of candidate sourcing.

2-3 years of sourcing experience preferred
Advanced proficiency in English language
Advanced understanding of Boolean string creations
Experience and or, passionate about International work experience
Experience with direct sourcing and cold calling to identify potential prospects for current and future positions
Results-oriented mindset with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in G Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using SuccessFactors or other applicant tracking/database technology, desired
Expert skill using Internet resources including but not limited to: resume databases, recruiting and search techniques such as LinkedIn, user group lists, industry-specific online professional networks, social sourcing, and job boards.
Works with a high sense of urgency, ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment and still deliver on deadlines.
