About the role
As a Talent Researcher you will be responsible for building strong and diverse pipelines for multiple critical roles in Latin America. By attracting great talent, you will help drive our product and ultimately continue to expand our business globally. You will have the opportunity to develop relationships across multiple teams and look for talent in different countries in the region.

Work closely with our Recruiting teams to improve upon existing programs and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent
Keep ‘em warm! Manage your pipeline of prospects and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
Gain knowledge about the different markets you’ll work on. Be able to identify competitors, target companies, top industries, and create relationships in relevant networks.

What You'll Need
A minimum of 3 years of in-house or agency sourcing experience but we will consider other candidates if they meet our other requirements
Experience with sourcing tools, CRM systems and recruiting databases
Strong written and verbal communication
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish/Portuguese
