Responsibilities:
• International sourcing and screening/interviewing of (passive) candidates: you are accountable for sourcing, screening/interviewing, and shortlisting high-quality, professional candidates for Technical and Non-Technical roles at Support to Management level.
• Stakeholder management: you are accountable for developing positive and effective relationships with the hiring managers and executives and HR, including pro-active, consistent and thorough communication on process, candidates, search activity and challenges, and status.
• Offer negotiation: offer analysis, consultation with HR, and offer negotiation with candidates.
• Recruitment operations: you are accountable for recruitment operations, including ATS system management, interview planning, coordinating with 3rd party recruitment agencies.
• Onboarding: support new hire onboarding for the Mexico/Tijuana site.
• Projects: conditional to project management needs, actively contribute in global and/or regional projects related to process streamlining, employer branding, and recruitment technology.

Experiencia y requisitos:
• Bachelor degree in Admnistration, Psychology, Business or related.
• (In-house) recruitment experience supporting sizeable international companies.
• Demonstrated success and experience in cross-border sourcing of passive candidates for both Technical and Non-Technical functions.
• Expert level LinkedIn Recruiter user.
• Strong networking skills.
• Strong consultative and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking.

Language Level:
• 90% English speaking and writing.

Computational Level:
• Use of Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.) or Application Programs.
• Use of TRESS system and similar administrative systems
• Use of Sucess Factors is desired


Horario: 7:30 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
