Now we are looking to consolidate our new ways of working, delivering value for the business by having the right talent available at the right time, and helping to unlock the potential in everyone every day.The role will be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.**Accountabilities**:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key collaborators across the organization, including T&D leaders, HR business partners and business unit leaders- Serve as the primary point of contact for T&D Shared Services, addressing inquiries, providing mentorship, and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.- Identify areas for improvement and work with shared services teams to implement enhancements and address and issues or concerns raised.- Find opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.- Communicate updates, changes, and improvements to stakeholders a timely and clear manner, soliciting feedback and addressing concerns as need.- Facilitate accurate and timely business demand forecasting for input into learning shared services resource planning.- Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of T&D shared services.**Essential skills**- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources or Organizational Development or related field- 5+ years of experience in T&D or HR, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, relationship management and service delivery- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with collaborators at all levels- Deep understating of Talent & Development processes, technology solutions and standard methodologies- Extensive experience of leading change and process improvements within a customer facing environment- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills to a senior level. Ability to build rapport and develop credibility as a strategic partner- Successful track record in influencing and negotiating change, both in leading new proposals and in positively shifting of existing opinions- Experience at conflict negotiation and problem-solving- A self-starter with a high sense of purpose, value-driven focus and willingness to take the initiative**Desirable**- Experience of working in Shared Services environment
