Responsible for building, maintaining and the day-to-day operation of the JDA data and voice networks Assist in solving technical and performance problems within the network infrastructure (Technical). Communicate in formal presentation settings including oral proposals, client workshops and regional internal events; develop proposal sections, cost analysis, methodology work products and formal written deliverables covering areas of expertise (Communication). Performing disaster recovery operations and network device backups when required. Communicate technical architecture direction and coordinate technical proof of concept analyses (Technical). Configure, operate and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, IPS/IDS systems, voice/video gateways, network servers and applications and required components for running JDA’s on premises and cloud native networks. These include Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, voice and video systems, F5 appliances and virtual systems. Create documentation required for training and support of the network; own tasks and related change controls for changes to the non-production and production environments. Monitor network performance to determine if adjustments need to be made. Establish credibility at all levels with clients and builds problem-solving partnerships with colleagues (Relationship Management). Gather technical requirements and translates requirements into hardware and software capabilities (Technical). Mentor additional CoE team resources (India) to create to enable 24x7 support of the JDA Network (Knowledge Transfer). Participate in gap analyses, from a technical perspective, highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition (Business). Perform installations and upgrades of the JDA network infrastructure. Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel (Leadership).
