IT Support Analyst provides L2/L3 support for customer applications with the following responsibilities- Resolving incident/problems and service requests, based on service level agreements at functional and technical level based on ITIL- Prepare RCA and technical design document for Major Critical Incidents.- Identify recurring incidents to create to proactively create Problem Record to reduce the number of tickets.- Documentation and Knowledge Management.Employee Status : Full Time Employee
