As a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the components and services provided by our suppliers. You will play a crucial role in evaluating supplier performance, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in supplier quality processes.**Responsibilities**:- Assess supplier capabilities and establish quality criteria for new and existing suppliers.- Conduct supplier audits to evaluate quality systems, processes, and compliance with quality standards and requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related quality issues and ensure timely resolution.- Manage supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in supplier quality performance.- Develop and implement supplier-based quality improvement programs and initiatives.- Collaborate with suppliers on the validation and qualification of components and materials.- Participate in supplier selection and evaluation processes, including the review of supplier contracts and agreements.- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers to address quality issues and drive mutually beneficial solutions.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance or related roles.- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality tools, and methodologies.- Experience in conducting supplier audits and assessments.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong knowledge of supplier quality standards and requirements.- Experience in driving continuous improvement in supplier performance and quality.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build effective relationships with suppliers.- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).- Experience in the Automotive industry (preferred).**Benefits**¡Bienvenido a la casa de los ingenieros!- Sueldo base- Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores (incluye plan dental y visión)- 15 días de aguinaldo- 25% de prima vacacional- 12 días de vacaciones (A partir del primer año)- Seguro social- PTU/Reparto de utilidades- Vales de despensa quincenales
