Includes understanding and executing total cost of ownership analysis, risk analysis, supplier selection, cost negotiations, establishing contracts/non-disclosure agreements and ongoing strategic supplier development QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?EducationBA/BS in Finance, Engineering degree, Master a plus.ExperienceExcellent Functional knowledge (3 years+ in similar roles): Depth of different aspects of Procurement such as sourcing, category management, processes and tools in a VUCA environment, preferably within Food & Beverage industryBreath / Depth experience in sourcing processes and procurement best practices, with experience of implementing them in a global environmentEeffective interpersonal skills – excellent negotiator and strong communication and influencing skills to all organizational levels.
