Supports different activities of the Human Resources Area, such as:

Recruitment
• Designs sourcing strategy and develops job postings according to the Organization’s employee branding strategy.
• Performs the needs analysis interviews with hiring managers and confirms that there is a job description in place for the required position.
• Conducts the search by analyzing applications and recommendations on file. Contacting Universities, electronic job boards and professional recruitment agencies.
• Implements and executes the organization’s hiring procedures and practices.
• Ensures that applicable technical, skill testing and behavioral assessments are applied.
• Coordinates the update and review of job descriptions, ensuring that documents are current and reflect the requirements and activities of the position in compliance with our Quality System.
• Coordinates associate on-boarding activities and orientation program.

Motivational & Recognition
• Manage Recognition Programs
• Cordinate Motivational Events.
• Enhace corporate values through internal programs.
• Organizational Development Projects: HR Projects, Roundtables and Engagement Survey, Culture Change.
• Conducting Moral Surveys.
• Manage internal communication channels.

Employee Relations:
• Manage internal regulation compliance (RIT, code of conduct, such a moung).
• Follow up internal resignations and handle employee conflicts.
• Apply disciplinary actions and follow up behavioral conducts.
• Provide general HR services to associates

Experiencia y requisitos:
• Bachelor Degree (Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Comunications or similar)
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources area.
• Advanced English
• TRESS System
