Company of Logistic in the City of Guadalajara requests:
• Sub Director of Operations with specialty in air transport.

Age: 35 to 45 years
Academic training: Lic. Logistics and transport, foreign trade, administration or related.

Minimum experience of 5 years managing fully AAA accounts of transportation service. Air freight.
We require that you be responsible for the integral administrative process of a company with operation at an international level.
It is very desirable that you know everything related to air, sea and land transport, as well as storage, tariff classification, management of national and international suppliers.
It is imperative that you have commercial experience to be able to support sales in the closure of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for all logistics operations of the company
• Forecast of BOM materials for online products and new projects.
• Solid knowledge of customs and transport (air, land and maritime),
• FIFO Warehouse Management
• Inventory management (Cyclic, Physical, Per System)
• Management of customer requirements (portals, electronic media, ASN, Lison).
•Customer service
• Negotiation with national and foreign suppliers
• Ensure the compliance of the sales and delivery plans to 100%.
• Ensure Inventory Control.
• Guarantee compliance with Objectives and KPI`s of the area
• Approach not to exceed costs within the budgeted margin.
• Develop the personnel in charge, to achieve compliance with the department's objectives.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of the quality and environmental management system.
• Maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the organization

We require a valid passport and visa.
High level English language (will report to foreign executives who do not speak Spanish).
Salary: 70,000.00 - 80,000.00 we are not closed to negotiate, all based on experience.
