About the Role
Support BSC Strategic Initiatives by solving, steering and/or taking ownership of strategic projects and themes for BSC Mexico, others BSC and the GBS' system.
Contribute towards locational strategy by conceptualising and steering initiatives around growth, operational excellence, innovation and stakeholder management.
Support BSC Mexico reporting activities, to provide a clear view on the location situation, progress and challenges. Seek simplification and automatization of reporting. To develop relations, globally and locally, towards identifying opportunities and themes that match the BSC Mexico´s aspirations and implement them.
Asses existing employee engagement and culture, so we can identify main opportunities.
Engage with the local ecosystem to propose and evaluate viable alternative services delivery for new functions being transitioned
Growth plan projections and headcount reports for the BSC.
Follow-up on internal and external communication strategy.
Support community engagement activities.
Support Governance activities and Risk Matrix.
Providing consulting expertise and program management to business leaders and strategic Initiatives lead on off-shoring topics including transitions governance, risks, risk mitigation and industry practices in the area of transition and transformation projects
Support through conceptualise, lead and/or steer locational initiatives spanning across growth, operational excellence, innovation and stakeholder management.
Update BSC dashboard on a monthly basis. Coordinate with functions KPI and dashboards.
Run employee engagement, risk culture and health-check assessment, so we can identify follow-up actions to achieve location expected culture.
Support BSC Leadership bi-weekly meetings, location main projects follow-up and workshops.
Secure "one brand" approach within the BSC enabling team.
Headcount and growth plan reports.
Effectively support the team with identify, manage, resolve and mitigate key risks and issues impacting project delivery
Contributing to and support the initiatives that address GBS strategy for BSC Mexico.
Develop multi-level relationships to ensure project delivery goals are met as planned
Support BSC Mexico Communication strategy internally and externally.
Issue BSC Mexico Newsletter.
Support internal knowledge initiatives.
Strengthen relationship with external stake holders (Associations, Universities and other talent pools)
Support the BSC Head on presentation and communication material.
Maintain Risk Matrix updated. Follow-up on open issues.
Overall 5-8 years of work experience, with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Project (end to end) and Program management skills proven on complex / large-scale projects with key stakeholders.
Governance and reporting experience.
Administration and communication skills.
