Job Role Summary 13;
:Develop communications/media strategies, social listening, public opinion research, communications plans, geo targeting, key messaging, response statements, and press releases.
:Implement corporate branding campaigns and communications materials (i.e. website, social media strategy); develop synergies with brand Marketing initiatives
:Implement corporate citizenship goals and objectives; community outreach
:Lead and/or support for planning and developing research projects, white papers and other strategic presentations as communications tools for key engagements.
:Media relations management and external outreach (calendars, briefings, trainings, monitoring)
:Administratively report to and receive functional guidance from ExxonMobil Mexico Public and Government Affairs (P and GA) Manager.
:Receive guidance from P and GA Functional and Regional Advisors.
:Collaborate with P and GA Mexico team to provide expert advice to:
:Exploration and Production President and Upstream leadership team
:Mexico Lead Country Manager and Downstream leadership team

:Support planning and implementation of ExxonMobil Mexicos integrated public and government affairs goals and strategies, leading Strategic Communications, Media Relations and Social Media interactions.
:Contribute to positioning ExxonMobils Mexicos strategic business pursuits across the value chain, focusing particularly on strengthening the corporate brand and reputation.
:Serve as one of the main spokespersons for ExxonMobil in Mexico; lead corporate citizenship programs; lead/support specific external engagements and related activities.
:Lead for strategic communications, media relations, and social media interactions in support of upstream/downstream/chemical business goals. Lead contact for review of Fuels and Lubricants marketing communications materials and social media content. Roll out internal communications.
:Lead assessment/coordination of ExxonMobil participation in external events and logistical coordination of key communication:related events (internal and external).
:Support emergency response as needed; alternate role as spokesperson.
:Lead and/or support for community programs and outreach (e.g. STEM education, womens economic participation). Support communications for Business lines and Issues teams.
