General:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Staff Accountant
- Experience in Big 4 or similar consulting firm (desirable)
- English B1 (at least)
Role Knowledge / Tech Skills
- General accounting, treasury, including diverse accounting entries.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements.
- General knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes (Records, reporting, and analysis; support on intercompany and third-party vendors, transfer pricing, and CFDI issuance).
- Monthly and annual closing processes (accruals, reconciliations, analysis, and other tasks).
- Understanding of MX GAAP, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
Experience and Responsibilities
- Daily accounting records (compliance with NIF)
- Follow up on the open items with the responsible users
- Month-end and year-end closing support
- Intercompany billing and reconciliation
- Perform other tasks-related duties as needed.
