**Work Schedule**Standard (Mon-Fri)**Environmental Conditions**OfficeGENERAL OBJETIVE:Develop functions related to the Administrative Service and Support sectorRESPONSIBILITIESQuotation, approval and billing of eventual servicesMonitor engineers' inventory to maintain an adequate stock of spare parts.Knowledge of JDE to perform quotes, invoicing and creation of service ordersTelephone attention to external clientsMaintain contact with finance, field team, technical support and logistics, for timely monitoring of the area's requirements.Prepare and maintain timely spare parts reports to complement weekly forecast.Maintain constant communication with the field team and parts management supervisorRight Now management for categorization and case management to maintain adequate customer service levels with resolution in less than 48 hours
