DESCRIPTION The Amazon Prime Video team is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. Our mission is to offer customers the widest selection of digital video content including Amazon original content and make it trivially easy for them to enjoy it wherever and whenever they want. We are just getting started in LATAM with Amazon Prime Video, and have very ambitious goals to become a leading player in the video entertainment industry and delight our customers with a great service and broad content.
We are looking for or a highly-motivated, innovative, with ability to deliver results, Senior Marketing Manager to join the team, and help grow our business. The role will focus on the marketing and planning of our key Exclusive and Original TV shows and films. This role will span co-ordination across a wide-range of cross functional teams and external partners which will include vendors, production companies and talent agencies. You will be a successful marketer that delivers results and have worked within the media or entertainment industry, agency or client side.
You will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience planning and executing marketing campaigns across big cross functional teams, and will feel comfortable in negotiating with key business partners and global Amazon teams to gain alignment on marketing plans and ultimately manage all aspects of the project execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision, has the ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others and drive results.
S/he should be able to think and act strategically, develop structured plans and be willing to execute hands on with a start-up type of mentality. S/he balances creativity with analytics and agility with operational discipline. Candidates should be both idea generators and builders, with a strong sense of accountability, and a keen focus on delivering positive customer experiences and strong, measurable results.
S/he should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be comfortable diving deep into the data, yet able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities. The role will have no direct reports but will need to engage and drive things across a broad set of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage complete launch plans and execution of our Exclusive and Original TV show and films in LATAM
· Develop audience testing and research
· Lead creative process from concept ideas to testing, to deployment in partnership with external vendors and internal stakeholders
· Provide inspirational, creative and thought leadership on ways to reach and gain attention of target audiences.
· Lead full marketing approach across both Above-The-Line, Owned and Operated channels and partnerships, incl Social
· Partner with a wide-range of internal teams (from Marketing to Tech teams) to identify and prioritize needs for the Exclusive and Original shows and films
· Manage blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and meet committed delivery timelines.
· Document and present strategies and periodic updates to internal and external audiences, including stakeholder’s management and progress reporting.
· Manage external agencies and publishing partners as necessary for that which we cannot do internally. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 7+ years of relevant senior level experience in in online and/or consumer marketing.
· Marketing experience using advertisements
· Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English
· Bachelor Degree
