1. Utilizing expertise to identify and control health,safety and environmental risks to a desired level
2. Developing and deploying site specific health, safetyand environmental program in line with corporate and regulatory requirements
3. Delivering health, safety and environmental trainingon site specific, regulatory and corporate requirements
4. Coordinating regular HSE inspections to ensurecompliance and identify improvement opportunities
5. Working with cross-function entities to develophealth, safety and environmental standard work for key processes
6. Leading and participating in incident investigationsutilizing root cause analysis, identifying corrective actions and maintainingcorporate Event Tracking System
7. Developing and maintaining site Health, Safety andEnvironmental legal compliance registers/ permits etc.
8. Coordinating the HSE related Government Agencyinspection as required1. Bachelor's Degree or above
2. 3+ year Work Experience in HSE
3. Experience in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 is preferred
4. Technical skill including; - Industrial Safety,Training, Teaching, Coaching experience desired, Analytical problem solvingability
5. Able to contribute effectively and on equal termsacross all business activities
6. Accurate communication, good personality and stronginterpersonal skills, ability to work with others in a positive andcollaborative manner
7. Good attitude and working with high flexibilityAdditional Information
