Job Description
Due to the 24x7 operations of the business, must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which may include shift rotation,nights, weekends, holidays, etc and participate in after-hours requests that respond to business emergencies (on-call rotation).
You are expected to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments. You will work, collaborate, and communicate in a international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Bosch. The role more than often will require you to take on huge responsibilities and it is important that you can work independently.
As part of the Cloud Operations team you will provide break and fix to ensure the infrastructure on top of cloud services is up and running, working together with application support team to deploy infrastructure and troubleshoot related issue as well as participating in architecture/technology review, moreover security compliant.
Qualifications
4+ Years of experience in Windows or Linux Operating systems (Virtualization, Networking, Storage & security)
3+ years of working experience in Azure or AWS.
Strong understanding of cloud applications, concepts and the storage, compute and networking components of Microsoft Azure
Cloud Networking Experience (VNET, VPC, Subnet, Load Balancing, VNET peering, VPN)
knowledge on scripting languages like Bash / Perl / Ruby / Python
Knowledge on automation tools like Jenkins, Chef or Puppet
Knowledge on monitoring systems (e.g. Azure Monitor, Cloud Watch, New Relic)
ITIL process knowledge and experience in raising tickets, vendor cases, change planning and implementation, review of changes
Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes across the landscape
Excellent communication, interpersonal & Problem-Solving skills
Strong troubleshooting skills
Should be able to work in shifts and travel to customer location on need basis
Advanced English (Spoken and Written)
Nice to have:
Technical certifications – Azure or AWS
