ManagerControl Risks Project Manager
Job Purpose
The Embedded Site Security Manager will have the flexibility to travel between throughout Tabasco and will have a proven track record in security management, training and physical security systems.
Tasks and responsabilities
Develop and implementation of the security plans and protocols aligned with the corporate security objectives
Develop security guidelines for the needs of our Client’s locations in Mexico
Deliver of a security risk assessment in order to set an adequate security strategy for the facility
Review and implementation of the current crisis management plan
Review and implementation of the travel management plan for local and expatriate personnel traveling throughout the different locations across the country
Coordinate and organize the security infrastructure for our Client’s visitors to locations where the Client operates, including transportation selection, arrival briefings and ongoing visit supervision
Deliver security training plans to our client’s local personnel and visitors as required
Deliver intelligence and security updates to our Client’s management staff in addition to briefing the Client’s corporate security department
Supervise the security personnel hired by our client to ensure compliance with all protocols, while maintaining high standards and professional conduct, at our Client’ sites
Conduct ongoing training to ensure that both new hires and experienced personnel understand security best practices and uphold them in the conduct of their daily duties
Act as immediate coordinator in the event of any high-impact, security-related incidents—such as kidnaps and missing persons incidents, among others—where appropriate and as designated by in-country and corporate management
Liaise with local authorities for any security-related support, if required
Report to and liaise with the management for additional security-related tasks as required
Knowledge and experience
Essential
Extensive security experience in Tabasco
Experience in the Oil and Gas sector in a security function
+5 years of experience on a Manager Security role
Experience on field in a Security role (mandatory)
Advance English Skills
Preferred
Military background or +10 year of experience instead
