Shipping Instruction & Load List Representative (Simex)

Tasks

- Telephone and email support.
- Reception and revision of shiping intructions.
- Preparation of load lists in GLOBE.
- Responsible for answering and resolving discrepancies betwen the list of the load sent and the one physically entered in the terminal by the client.
- Communication with port terminals and operatos of other vessels.
- Continue collaboration with the Customer Service Expor area, Mex-TS and Mex-DOCS.
- Resolution of day-to-day problems.
- Reconciliation of the load once the vessel sails.
Requirements

- Studies completed with a minimum of a bachelor degree.
- Preferably experience in transportation activities.
- Intermediate level of English is also a requirement.
- Ms Office
