RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
? Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
? Follow communication “scripts” when handling various topics.
? Seize opportunities to upsell as they arrive.
? Ability to enter complete notes after each call and update partner information as needed in the CRM.
? Manage to consistently meet or exceed company expectations and improve company metrics.
? Effectively route any calls or communication to the appropriate departments in the organization.
? Work with the outside sales team (BDM’s) to assist in supporting any partners.
