Service Desk Agent - L1
Candidates must be willing to become familiar with Service Desk policies and services. Will be basically supporting SPANISH market and interaction with ENGLISH Support teams.
On call rotation availability on weekends and National holidays when required.
Three shifts:
Morning: 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
Afternoon: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Night: 11:00 pm to 6:00 am
Tech Skills
Good communication skills and customer management
IT Troubleshooting skills
Exposure or basic knowledge on ticketing tools such as: Remedy, Siebel, Clarify, Microsoft Sharepoint, etc...
ITIL Methodology
6 months to 1 year of experience in:
Troubleshooting desktop applications (MS office, Adobe etc)
Troubleshooting on VPN connectivity - basic knowlegde
Password reset tools
Remote control tools
Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery
Ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision
English skills - written and spokenis a plus for the role.
