Skills

Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and Redirect problems to appropriate resources.
Registering incidents and/orService Requests reported via email, phone and/or chat in the ITSM tool.
Responsible for managing chat, calls and emails.
Tracks the progress of owned Service Calls during the entire lifecycle (from start to end / registration to closure) to ensure the resolution takes place within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and update Service Calls records if necessary.

Requirements
Bahcelor's Degree
English Fluent 80%
