If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Testing Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager, this role involves responsibilities for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment.What a typical day looks like:May develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.Resolve test yield problems by performing evaluation of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures, and monitoring improvements.Responsible for test plan development and scripting as part of technical test engineering support.Interface and confer with scientific, engineering, and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation, or coding issues.Focus on new projects setup and sustaining.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Bachelor's Degree in Electronics.Experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.Advanced English level.Test instrumentation experience.ICT / FT / 5DX management.Experience developing/modifying test programs using various languages (C#, Java, LabVIEW, Perl, Python, or others).Strong experience and knowledge in using flying probe test systems.Experience in AXI and AOI, KY.Basic knowledge of C/C++ scripting, familiarity with MATLAB and LabVIEW test stand software platforms, and other software skills such as Python.What you'll receive for the great work you provide:Competitive Salary.Life & Medical insurance.Christmas Bonus.Food Coupons.Saving Fund.IS81Job Category: Production EngineeringFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
