Containerboard System Support

**What You Will Do**
- Work with Containerboard businesses to understand and translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Support ad-hoc data requests (like requests for extracts or database views) and answer data related questions from business users.
- Perform impact analysis, develop business requirements, and create process and project documentation.
- Involve in all phases of software development life cycle including design, development, implementation, and testing for small projects and enhancements.
- Application Support
- Hands-on development tasks - bug fixes, changes
- End-user questions/issuesUser access reviews/reporting etc

The person shall be providing on call support at least one week in a month
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Experience in SQL Server transact-SQL or PL/SQL.
- Experience on Microsoft stack (C#, ASP.NET framework, Java Script).
- Fast learner and takes initiative to learn new technologies and search out process improvements.
- Available to work after-hours/weekends as needed (on-call support required)
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary.
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving ability
- Strong customer focused.
- Effective oral and written communication skills

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Knowledge of working in an Agile environment
- Experience in SSIS and SSRS.
