Job Description
Under general supervision, responsible for interfacing with existing High accounts (Signature). Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Manages the day-to-day relationship with travel agencies by email and phone proactively, negotiates and renew contracts with customers and visit clients on site frequently.
Establish and manage an effective business relationship with customers/associates via innovative strategies to maximize sales and/or bookings, providing monthly updates on production business plan. Product positioning to internal and external customers. Recommends changes in policies and procedures in order to maximize revenue generation and manage account margin.
Receives and manages customer inquiries related to invoicing, billing and contract questions.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of related experience
Must have advanced computer software skills
Proficient computer software skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously required
