1. Develop and execute the marketing and business plan of all diagnostics products
2. Explore, identify and update status of prospects list in the government and private segments regularly
3. Strategize and use all selling skills optimally to promote and sell BCIs products to prospective customers
4. Visit customers of different levels regularly and establish a good relationship with each level
5. Coordinate or directly prepare quotations, verbal sales orders, contracts, GSD tenders and proposals for customers
6. Coordinate with different departments (e.g. CAS, specialize, Engineers) so as to fulfill customer needs on reasonable and justifiable ground
7. Collect and update market and competitors information and share with team
8. Submit monthly activity reports to Field Operations Manager punctually
9. Carry out and adhere closely to company's quality procedures in all work related matters
10. Coordinate and handle customer complaints according to company's procedures
11. Implement and assist in any related added responsibilities assigned by upper management


Education Degree or equivalent in Science/ Medical Lab Technologies and or preferably with business qualifications e.g. certificate/ diploma in Business Marketing ExperienceAt least 3 to 4 years of sales experience in the diagnostic market and or previous work experience in a clinical laboratory preferable Required Skills : Ability to lead local sales, formulate sales strategies for assigned products; develop sales forecasts; budget and manpower plans; negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales.
