Senior Molding Process Technician

Must solve problems than typically are not routine and require analysis, must work with limit supervision to get their goals on routine situations, provide training to lower-level employees.
Responsible to leading daily operations, training delegating and reviewing the work of lower employees, and report daily status.
**Are You Looking to**
- Stablish a robust injection molding process and document it properly on Process Parameters Sheets.
- Solve and determinate improvements opportunities in molds to avoid or reduce at maximum flash, porosity, bents conditions, and other conditions not acceptable for molding.
- Work with TR to make the adjustments in the molds to reduce at maximum or eliminate defect in the pieces.
- Implement new process to convert semi automatic molding process to automatic molding process, then conduct to reduce personal in the machines.
- Starts and stops production runs.

**What You'll Need**
- Employee must have 10 years' experience as process technician ascertainable.
- Strong knowledge in different types of molds, resins, and their functions, use of sprue picker, and tools on the molding machine.
- Computer skills, excel program principally.
