You'll play a key role in turning complex data into clear business intelligence, while ensuring best practices in data governance and reporting. ? What You'll Do: • Perform advanced data analytics to support strategic business decisions. • Design and manage dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Tableau . • Implement and monitor data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security. • Translate technical data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders . • Work closely with internal and client teams to create scalable, data-driven solutions. • Occasionally support data science and data engineering efforts (e.g., Python, R, ETL, warehousing). ? ? What You Bring: • Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred). • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics , including reporting and data governance . • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel . • Full professional proficiency in English (C1) . • Experience with Python, R, ETL processes , and data warehousing is a plus . • Experience working in a consulting environment is highly valued. • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to work independently.
