Sdet Consultant/ Qa Engineer

Position Title: Software Test Engineer Work Location: Monterrey,(REMOTE UNTIL COVID)
Mexico Job Type: Permanent Flexibility for Remote Option||
Pay – 40 K – 60 K for mid level. 60 k – 85 K for senior
Job Description: As SDET III, the engineer would be expected to take the QA ownership of modules assigned to the scrum team and act as reviewer/mentor of mid/junior SDETs. The application has deep functionality and offers several challenges in terms of testing out complex scenarios both manually and using automation testing. The RandR will include - manual testing, automation testing (Selenium, C#, Git, Jenkins etc.),UI testing, web services/API testing in a linux/AWS based cloud infrastructure.
The responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Proactive participation in Scrum Ideas/initiatives ownership Training/mentoring Close communication and collaboration with team and client
Required Skillset: • Experienced Java skills and interest in object-oriented design • Expert Cucumber and Selenium skills. • Familiarity with testing ETL processes and applications • Capable of bootstrapping an automated testing pipeline, preferably with AWS technologies • MySQL
