We run programs in Australia and overseas and, if theres a disaster like an earthquake, drought or conflict we are there on the ground.Where you come in:In this full-time fixed term position (12 months), based in Carlton (but with flexible working options), youll work as a servant leader to Save the Childrens key stakeholders supporting the development and delivery of innovation and strategy across our group of entities. 50% of your role will be devoted to supporting four exciting innovations to be developed in the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Youll be part of our Strategy and Transformation team and report to our Director of Strategy and Transformation.You will make an impact by: Supporting and coaching teams to identify and test hypothesis, prioritise activities, and evaluate key decisionsOverseeing the development and delivery of the organisations 2022-24 Strategy, including undertaking periodic reviews and reporting on progress to the Executive and BoardBuilding financial models for early stage entitiesEnsuring timely, successful market realisation of innovation initiativesBuilding and growing innovation capabilities across the organisationDoes this sound like you?You have experience in strategic planning and can quickly adapt to new situations.
