The company reported a 2020 global revenue of USD $845.04 Mn.We are currently searching for aSAP PM SuccessFactors:ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, establish project timelines, and define deliverables.Manage project schedules, milestones, and resources to ensure timely project completion.Identifies, documents, and manages project risks assumptions, and issues; work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and implements approved actions an workarounds.Utilize SAP SuccessFactors expertise to provide insights and guidance to project teams, ensuring the best utilization of the platform's capabilities.Manage data integration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and validation, to ensure accurate and efficient data flow across systems.Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data flow.Maintain documentation, including project plans, process flows, and integration specifications.Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.Continuously evaluate project performance, gather lessons learned, and implement process improvements to enhance future project execution.Perform project financial management: develop overall project budget and controls costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Additional certifications in Project Management or SAP SuccessFactors are preferred.3 to 5 yearsof experience as aProject Manager, specifically in Talent systems and data integration.Solid understanding ofTalent processesand system functionalities, particularly withinSAP SuccessFactors.Proficiency in project management software tools.Practical written and verbal communication skills.DesiredFamiliarity with SAP Hana & SAP BTP.Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.LanguagesAdvanced Oral English.Native Spanish.Note:Fully remote.If you meet these qualifications and are pursuing new challenges, Start your application to join an award-winning employer.
