Responsibilities include:
Ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies. Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements. Performing various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, UAT, and system testing across Salesforce clouds. Collaborating with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions. Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, and working with the development team for resolution. Preparing detailed test plans, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios for each release. Drafting bug reports and troubleshooting system issues. Participating in Agile ceremonies, estimating test efforts, and aligning testing activities with development timelines. Staying updated with Salesforce release notes and enhancements to adapt testing strategies. Job description Infosys –– Tester
Locations: Mexico City, Mexico Qualifications (Basic) Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 3-4+ years of Salesforce Testing experience. Mandatory Skillsets Experience in Salesforce testing, including Salesforce platform features like Sales Cloud and Communities. Proficient in creating and executing detailed test plans, cases, and scripts for various testing types. Strong understanding of Salesforce data and security models, workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects. Ability to test Lightning (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, Apex, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). Experience testing complex workflows and integrations with external systems. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in sprint activities. Proficient in defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and ALM. Strong communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders. Other Relevant Experience Proficient in English communication. Experience working in Scrum teams practicing Agile methodologies. Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments.
