Process Associate, Sales Support Analyst
We are looking for a Sales Support Analyst , whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesQuote generation and follow up activities (coordinating with customer or sales team members by phone and/or email)Accountable for accurate RFQ sent and entry of orders received from customersProvide exceptional customer service by phone to our business partners, sales representatives and end customersHandle incoming customers’ requests (cases) in and provide best-in-class customer service.Work with customer employees and management to promote, drive, and maintain continuous improvement in processes and productivityWork as part of a team, supporting colleagues, business partners and end customersGet to know, understand and deliver different customer service processes to act rapidly when additional support is needed.Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the companyOther project support as neededQualificationsMinimum qualificationsHigh school diploma and related work experience of at least 1 year minimumAdvanced EnglishResult-oriented/problem solver personality and capability to overcome obstaclesPreferred qualificationsCRM experience( analysisCreative thinkingStrategic researchSAP, Oracle or similar ERPs experienceCommunicatorSales and service mindset, customer-focused approachGenpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
