Responsibilities

• Quote generation and follow up activities (coordinating with customer or sales team members by phone and/or email)
• Accountable for accurate RFQ sent and entry of orders received from customers
• Provide exceptional customer service by phone to our business partners, sales representatives and end customers
• Handle incoming customers’ requests (cases) in SalesForce.com and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Work with customer employees and management to promote, drive, and maintain continuous improvement in processes and productivity
• Work as part of a team, supporting colleagues, business partners and end customers
• Get to know, understand and deliver different customer service processes to act rapidly when additional support is needed.
• Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company
• Other project support as needed
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• High school diploma and related work experience of at least 1 year minimum
• Advanced English
• Result-oriented/problem solver personality and capability to overcome obstacles
Preferred qualifications
• CRM experience(salesforce.com)
• Data analysis
• Creative thinking
• Strategic research
• SAP, Oracle or similar ERPs experience
• Communicator
• Sales and service mindset, customer-focused approach
