Held twice a year in coffee-producing countries, PRF facilitates direct relationships, knowledge sharing, and innovation across the global coffee supply chain.We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales or account management.
Familiarity with specialty coffee and its key players is a significant advantage.
You'll be working directly with stakeholders across the entire coffee supply chain, including coffee roasters, exporters, producers, green coffee traders, and importers.PRF is part of PDG Global, which also includes the trade publications Perfect Daily Grind and Coffee Intelligence, as well as the upcoming Global Coffee Awards launching in 2025.You'll also support the launch and growth of new strategic projects under the PRF brand, including the Global Coffee Awards, an international competition designed to recognize the world's best coffee roasters.About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent, remote position, with occasional in-person meetups.
You'll be responsible for managing and selling a diverse range of PRF offerings.
This includes exhibition booths, branded activations, cupping sessions, bar service slots, workshops, and sponsorship packages.This is a highly relational role.It's ideal for someone who loves speaking with people, spotting business opportunities, and building meaningful connections across cultures and markets.
You'll manage the sales pipeline for PRF projects, nurturing leads, closing deals, and working with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesWork independently according to an existing sales strategy to meet revenue targetsSell sponsorship packages, event booths, cupping sessions, and PRF-related servicesIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities for sponsorships and long-term partnershipsMaintain strong working relationships with existing clients & sponsorsBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across the supply chain: roasters, exporters, producers, importers, and moreCommunicate with our team to co-ordinate project launchesJoin regular meetings to update other team members on salesRegularly meet with the CEO and COO to provide updates on revenue goalsEssential Skills & ExperienceBilingual (English & Spanish)At least 2 years' experience in a client-facing sales or account management roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTrack record of developing and executing a sales strategyExperience with G SuiteDesirable Skills & ExperienceExperience with HubSpotExperience with specialty coffeeExperience working in international teamsIf you are interested, please email your CV to ******, including your notice period and salary expectations in Mexican pesos (MXN).
