As an Outside Sales professional in CDMX, you will be responsible for negotiating shipments and rates for new customers with potential cargo either import or export.Maintain accurate records of freight levels, charges, and validity in our system to ensure seamless operations.Negotiate shipment details with foreign offices to secure new business opportunities or resolve existing issues.Prepare a weekly preplan outlining key activities and priorities for the team.Negotiate additional terms with principals to close deals or increase current business.Support collections activities for demurrages and freight payments from consignees or shippers.To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of the shipping industry, export processes, custom operations, port operations, and CMA-CGM services.In addition to technical expertise, strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.This position requires 1-2 years of experience in the shipping industry, preferably in sales or account management roles.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is also necessary for success in this position.You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic negotiations and relationship-building.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
