Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential customers in industries such as lubricants, additives, manufacturing, or chemicals
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer requirements
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals
Handle pricing, negotiations, and contract discussions in coordination with internal teams
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
2–8 years of experience in chemical sales / technical sales / B2B sales
Strong understanding of chemical products (e.g., lubricants, additives, specialty chemicals)
Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) and working proficiency in English
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel within Mexico
Preferred Skills
Experience in industries such as oil & gas, lubricants, or industrial chemicals
Knowledge of local market and customer base in Mexico
Exposure to international suppliers or trading companies
