HSBC invites you to participate in our recruitment process forSales ManagerOverall Summary of the JobStrategy, Innovation and Execution for leading the assessment and implementation of Virtual Accounts and Mobile Proposition in MexicoPrimary Responsibilities•Assessment of client requirements with market trends & competition •Benchmarking capabilities against competition•Design of new solutions or upgrades of existing one. Product Innovation•Product profitability analysis including unit cost analysis•Ongoing commentary of Product performance and mitigation of commercial/revenue risks•Ongoing assessment of Product lifecycle and usage by LoB and segments•Definition of Regulatory Reporting with Ops, Regulatory Compliance and Technology•Product Risk Assessment•Deal pricing approvals•Assistance with client communication and remedial actions for BAU outages•Assistance remediation actions for specific exits or fixesKey Performance Indicators•New product launch/upgrades to existing products•Remedial actions for YoY decline or downward pressure on revenues•Detailed Business commentary for explaining the YTD and vs AoP performance•Delivery as per AoP including regular assessment of incremental revenue opportunities•Balance scorecard for measuring Product performance. Client experience vs Revenue vs Direct/Indirect costs•Buildup of Orderbook through optimization of business requirements vs costs/efforts and risks•Competitive benchmarking of Products

Ability to apply systems thinking to assess and identify and plot the end to end tranction lifecycle and associated Net Fee Income
Ability to understand different pricing and billing methodologies
Management Accounting & Financial Analysis
Cash Management Solutions experience including industry certification
Ability to create business cases for investment
Stakeholder Management
