SALES EXECUTIVE - HOSPITALITY TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS & SERVICES We're a young company in Hospitality Technology, automating and modernizing lighting and HVAC, already in over 3,500 rooms, in upscale and luxury hotels to improve guest experiences and profitability.
We just merged with a very well-funded Silicon Valley-based company, founded by a team with a successful track record.

About the Role We're seeking a results-driven sales professional with 5–10 years of hotel technology, FF&E, or MEP sales experience to join our team.
In this role, you'll leverage your relationships and knowledge of key hotel accounts to acquire customers for our innovative smart lighting and energy solutions.
Our technology will disrupt the category on multiple fronts, including reduced installation costs, improved performance, energy management, and enhanced guest experiences.
We are primarily looking for someone based in Cancun and someone in Los Cabos. Candidates in one of these two areas will be prioritized, but we'll give consideration to certain candidates willing to travel frequently or able to relocate.
What You'll Do Lead consultative sales conversations to understand customer needs and demonstrate the value of our smart living and energy solutions.Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing contracts.Experiment and refine strategies to qualify and convert prospects in an emerging category.Provide market insights to shape product strategy and go-to-market plans. What You Bring to the Role You're bilingual, with fluency in both English and Spanish.You thrive on making an impact, making waves, and taking down industry leaders.You have an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset; and thrive on developing relationships, closing deals, and delivering measurable results.You're scrappy, a self-starter with a can-do attitude, and someone who can make things happen autonomously.You've got a deep understanding and proven track record of selling into hotels (especially upscale brands), an existing network of decision-makers, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to a dynamic market.You have a demonstrated ability to close deals with your consultative skills and the ability to exceed measurable sales targets.You're an outstanding communicator with the ability to experiment and deliver tailored solutions.You're a collaborative team player with strong communication skills who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
