TheSales Director – Americas to lead all aspects of engagements with existing andnew customers for our Honeywell Connected Plant organization within theassigned perimeter to include, North, Central and South America (AMR). You willbuild relationships and understand customer business in order to provideappropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategytowards key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. Utilizeyour product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers:
Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization.
Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory.
Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization (within Pole).

Responsibilities:
Lead the regional (AMR) commercial effort of the HCP business
Detect and develop new business opportunities both in terms of market coverage, product portfolio and go-to-market to ensure a profitable growth
Drive the execution of the HCP Sales Strategy in the assigned perimeter (AMR), including regional and transverse sales actions and sales plans on specific segments, topics or solutions.
Drive and coach the Regions in their sales activities.
Coordinate and optimize the regional (AMR) sales organization and processes.
Synthesize intelligence on customers and competitors.
Support the exhibition and conference activities led by Marketing and Communications.
Maintain and enforce the Honeywell values in dealing with customers"" this is critical for this function.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience achieving a minimum of $50 MM worth of orders per year
15 years’ track record of consistent performance and accountability using multiple sales approaches, managing complex sales into large enterprises and building multiple routes to market
Experience successfully leading 15-20 people over a geographically dispersed sales team

WE VALUE
Master’s Degree
Possess domain skills in oil/gas, chemicals, metals and/or mining
Solid understanding of financials and the ability to build business case investments
Sales experience in the commercial buildings industry with global market knowledge
Proven ability to work and sell across various diverse markets
Solid understanding of P&L and ability to build business case for sales growth investments
Successful commercial experience: orders, direct and indirect (partner, integrator) go to market models (sell to, sell through sell with) within the assigned perimeter (Pole)
Management of CXO relationships within Key accounts
System integration projects business experience
Sales force management, regional sales strategy definition and execution orders management, objectives settings, business acumen, deal maker, leadership through functional reporting.
Significant process controls knowledge
Significant enterprise software experience
Customer centric, develop innovative solutions, responsiveness and follow through, new business identification, value proposition
Operational effectiveness and accountability, strategic vision
Collaboration and teamwork
Process & Organizational approach to Sales
Results orientated
Experience with complex and long-cycle sales
