Boomsourcing is looking for highly skilled professionals to join our fast growing Tribe as a Sales Development Representative.

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads for Boomsourcing’s clients. This individual must be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, with a dynamic personality to reach out to decision-makers from other companies.

*Reports To Sales Development Director.

The Sales Development Representative is expected to
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social
media to introduce the Montage solution and identify appropriate prospects within the target
market.
• Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the
Montage solution will speak to those needs.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting
follow-ups in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Manage data for new and prospective clients in Salesforce.com, ensuring all
communications are logged (Information must be always accurate).
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Required Experience, Knowledge, and Attributes
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or a related field (Preferable).
• 1-3 years of sales experience with cold calling, cold emails and/or inside sales.
• Excellent client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Candidates must be:

Technical Experience
• Proficient in Google Office products (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides, Calendar).
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred.
